All prices, including GST, are in NZD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Direct Credit, EFTPOS in-store, credit card and Afterpay.

We would be happy to arrange a local pick-up for your order! Just give us a shout and we'll work out a time that works best for you. Please feel free to contact us directly to make these arrangements.
Our orders that are based in New Zealand are shipped through NZ Couriers. Generally, the standard shipping is delivered overnight, although it may take a little longer for rural areas. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur while the package is with NZ Couriers.
Our express tracked shipping services are available from Monday to Thursday for orders placed by 3 pm. We would like to inform you that while we try our best to deliver orders placed on Friday, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery due to varying delivery times by area. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order on the following Monday. We understand that timely delivery is crucial to your satisfaction, and we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered on time. Please note the following conditions for returns:
1. The product must be returned within seven days of receipt.
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and with the seal intact.
3. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Products must meet these criteria to be considered for return.
7. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
8. All opened liquid products are NOT eligible for return.
9. The purchaser is responsible for paying any return shipping costs and insurance.
10. We are not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
11. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment methodPlease note damaged items caused by customers including wrong installation, misuse, careless handling, etc - are not covered under this policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt. We will then inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected. We will process your refund within a few days and apply a credit to your original payment method if your refund is approved. However, we will return the item at your expense if your refund is rejected.

Our policy is that the responsibility for the cost and risk associated with the return of Goods lies with you. Please send the Goods to the designated address below.

We are only able to offer refunds for regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
